Foundation
PT Wanmei Abadi Industri was established with the vision to deliver high-precision injection molding solutions in Indonesia. Started operations with 2 injection machines, focusing on automotive components.
Capacity Expansion
Added 5 injection molding machines (160–250 tons), increasing production capacity by 40% and enabling larger component manufacturing.
Certification
Achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management systems. Implemented Statistical Process Control (SPC) and First Article Inspection (FAI) procedures across all production lines.
Technology Upgrade
Invested in 7 high-speed injection molding machines for precision components, achieving 30–50% better energy efficiency and faster cycle times.
Facility Expansion
Added 8 injection molding machines (160–850 tons) and expanded production area to 4,500 m². Capacity reached 10 million shots/year with a centralized material handling system.

Warehouse & New Machines
